By creating an account or using ValueSnap (valuesnap.ai), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ValueSnap identifies items from photos you provide, estimates resale prices, and helps you create marketplace listings. Identifications and price estimates are automated guidance, not appraisals or guarantees. Actual sale prices depend on condition, timing, and the market. You are responsible for verifying item details and prices before listing or making buying decisions.
Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and use the service only if you are 13 or older.
Some features consume credits. Credits are licensed for use within ValueSnap, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
If you connect an eBay account, you authorize ValueSnap to act on it as you direct (creating drafts, publishing listings, sending offers, and reading order status). Listings are published under yourmarketplace account, and you are responsible for their content and for complying with the marketplace's policies and applicable law. ValueSnap is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with eBay Inc.
Do not use ValueSnap to list items that are illegal or prohibited by the destination marketplace; do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; do not resell or scrape the service's data or outputs as a dataset.
You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. You grant ValueSnap a license to store and process them solely to provide the service (including sending them to the AI and storage providers described in the Privacy Policy, and to marketplaces at your direction).
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValueSnap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits from buying or selling decisions made using our estimates — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using ValueSnap and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 7–10 survive termination.
